Standard Features
The GSE Model 355 Net Filler is a simple basic method of filling
or discharging into a container. Enter desired weight and push
the Start button.
Features include Relay module with up to (3) A/C or D/C relays,
start-stop buttons, target button, Nema 4X enclosure and "Learn
Feature"
Setpoint Choices include Fast fill - Fast fill with dribble
fill and Fill - discharge. Auto tare is also available.
Applications are for filling single ingredients into most any
type containers using most any type scale. System will also
discharge (Loss - in - Weight) into a container

Features include Relay module with up to (3) A/C or D/C relays,
start-stop buttons, target button, Nema 4X enclosure and "Learn
Feature"
Setpoint Choices include one, two or three single fill speeds,
filling or discharging sequentially. Both fill and discharge
operations are possible.
Applications are for filling, discharging or both up to 3 ingredients
into most any type containers using most any type scale. System
will also discharge (Loss - in - Weight) into a container
Batch Controllers usually deal with more than Ingredient operations

The 660 Series Controllers are a true multi-tasking indicator.
With upgrades, it can simultaneously monitor and display up
to 8 independent scales and directly control many automated
weight based processes. Text messaging and graphics give a quick
visual reference through out the scale process.
Standard features include 250 databases, 999 variable registers
- example Lot #, Part Numbers, Timers etc; 128 I/O points, 8
PDIO, unique digital FIR filtering and 4 bi-directional serial
ports to communicate with printers, computers, scanners and
other peripherals. Options include analog output, database modules,
rs-485 module to multi-drop 251 device max, alpha keypad and
DeviceNet, Pofibus, Ethernet interfaces.
Standard and custom configured systems are for most any kind
of Filling, Batching, Packaging and Bagging systems. Timers
and counters can easily be configured to monitor mixing time
and auger revolutions. When material throughout is critical
and product changes frequent, material flow characteristics
and vibratory feeders setting can be recalled to reduce down
time. Automatic material free fall calculations adjust vibratory
feeder's rates to compensate for change in head pressure as
supply hoppers levels change.
Data modules provide a tool for managing critical process data
with up to 98 columns (fields) per record. Database modules
are commonly used in Batching applications for recipe recall
and transaction storage, in bagging and packaging systems for
throughput, number of bags and tolerance data.
Standard 250 individual databases each support 18 functions
to manage application data. Additional 256K, 1M and 2M are available.
RS-485 - isolated multi-drop with 251 devices max.
System Diagnostics are available to verify accurate system operation
