Standard Features
5 GV Series Scales are Net Weighing Systems. Meaning the product
is pre-weighed before discharging into your container.
We can virtually work with any container from small bags to
large boxes. Net weigh baggers are designed to handle free flowing
products into open mouth bags. Weight ranges between 1 lb and
10 lb or 2 lbs and 15 lbs. Normal speeds and accuracies are
13 to 15 bags per minute, +/- ½ ounce. We can provide a .4,
.6 or 1.0 cu. Ft. capacity weigh hopper with a maximum capacity
of 30 lbs.
Spouts are designed for individual requirements. Optional Duplex
and triplex scales will produce 1.8 and 2.5 times that of a
typical simplex scale |

Standard Features
CM-780 Series Scales are Net Weighing Systems. Meaning the product
is pre-weighed before discharging into your container. It is
designed to handle free or semi-free flowing products into open
mouth bags.
Weight ranges from 10 lbs to 50 lbs or 20 lbs to 110 lbs. Normal
speeds and accuracies are 13 to 14 bags per minute, +/- 2 to
3 ounces.
Standard features on all Digital Scales include air operated
double door weigh hoppers. Complete pneumatic controls consisting
of air cylinders, valves and filter regulator lubricator. Two
250 lb Capacity load cells with mounting assemblies and load
cell summing box. Digital display panel with process controller.
Styles of Feeders range from Gravity, Belt, Gravity/Vibrator,
Single-Vibrator and Screw Auger. Twin Auger are available with
a wide range of speeds for different products.
Options include Nema 4 Wash down, Dust pick system with (2)
4” diameter pick up points to the scale housing, all connecting
to a common single source for customers dust collection. Surge

This low cost, low maintenance scale is ideal for getting accurate, continuous weights of dry bulk materials in capacities from
0.5 – 90 tons per hour.

with flex connections (12” x 12”) opening; Model 665 Digital Programmable Controller; complete pneumatic and control package.
