Typically these kinds of operations can be done
on most any kind of scale; from floor scales, bench scales, counting scales,
tank scales, hopper scales and tote bin scales.
It can be as simple as a Fast – Slow operation with one Ingredient or Fast –
Slow operations with multiple Ingredients, with +/- Tolerances, Zero
Interlocks, Auto Tare, Batch Counters, Timers, Multiple Scale Inputs, Analog
Outputs, Ethernet Modules and Custom Transmitting of Scale
Data directly to Spreadsheets.

Using the F-1 Button, scale display will
prompt operator to input the Target weight, Dribble weight |

After values are keyed in the Indicator
will prompt operator to Press Start Button |
|

Scale Display will show the operator what
mode the scale is running, in this case he is filling in the fast mode |

This displays to the operator that the
scale is now in the Dribble mode |

The scale now displays “Batch
Complete” |
|
|
 |
If the operator wants to start again, the
Scale Display will prompt him to press the start button to start another cycle |
|

 |
Press “F-4” Button and system will start
“Manually Jogging” |
