Multiple Ingredient Batch Controls

Using the F- Buttons, scale display will
prompt operator to input the Target and Dribble values for each Ingredient.
These Ingredients can be filled
sequentially or simultaneously. By inputting zero as a value, system will
operate only the Ingredients needed. Various Timer, Dump routines, counters and Production Reports are
available.

Using the F-1 Button, scale display will
prompt operator to input the Target and Dribble values for Ingredient number #
1 |

Using the F-2 Button, scale display will
prompt operator to input the Target and Dribble values for Ingredient number #
2 |

Using the F-3 Button, scale display will
prompt operator to input the Target and Dribble values for Ingredient number #
3 |

After the operator has input values the
scale display will prompt him to press the start button to start Filling |

Scale Display will show the operator what
mode the scale is running, in this case he is filling Ingredient # 1 |

This displays to the operator that the
scale is now in the Dribble Mode for Ingredient # 1 |
|
|
 |
This displays to the operator that
Ingredient # 1 is complete |
|
|
 |
This displays to the operator that the
scale is now filling Ingredient # 2 |

This displays to the operator that the
scale is now in the Dribble Mode for Ingredient # 2 |
|
|
 |
This displays to the operator that
Ingredient # 2 is complete |

This displays to the operator that the
scale is now filling Ingredient # 3 |

This displays to the operator that the
scale is now in the Dribble Mode for Ingredient # 3 |

If the operator wants to start again, the
scale display will prompt him to press the start button to start another cycle |
