Manual Formula Additive System
This application, the customer wanted to
load all formulas via Ethernet from Supervisors desk. The formulas would prompt
the operators step by step on how much of each Ingredient was needed and on
which scale it was to be weighed on.
When done, each recipe is transmitted to
the supervisors computer, which includes the Time and Date, each Ingredient
number with the weight that was supposed to filled to and the actual weight
filled, batch number, and the total net weights.
It also transmitted if the scale was paused
or if the recipe was aborted.
