This program is used to store and recall Alphanumeric Part Numbers with its Average Piece Weight and a Description. It eliminates the operator having to hand count samples each time they want to count a part. Once the Part number and Description is in the Database, the operator can always re-sample and store the new Average Piece Weight with the same Part number, in case for some reason it has changed. The Alphanumeric numbers are keyed in the same as Text message keypad. By adding a Label Printer you can print a 2.25” x 4” or 4” x 4” Label that can have any sort of information on it. Qty – Part number – Description – Average Piece Weight – Lot number and Bin number. This label can go on packages or boxes that you ship to your customers. Barcodes can be also added to the labels.

Incorporating a Barcode scanner to the above system is the quickest, most accurate and efficient Inventory control system available. Print a Barcode Label with the Part number and when the operator is ready to count parts, they simply scan the Bar Coded Label and it recalls out of database, all of that part numbers information. Such as Average Piece Weight and the Description. The Operator does not have to sample count. The Bar coded Label goes on your part bin for convenience, but it also can go on the customer’s box or package.
