Using the F-1 Button, scale display will prompt operator to input the low weight, high weight and a product number to be stored in the scale database.
Using the F-2 Button, it will prompt operator for a Product number.
After keying in the number, it will Display all values for that Product number, so the operator can verify it is the correct formula he wants.
Scale Display shows a weight that is Low.
Scale Display shows a weight that is OK.
Scale Display shows a weight that is High.
All formulas can be downloaded to the Scale via computer to eliminate operator having to do it. The display verifies receiving data.
Display verifies new formula has been received; operator simply presses the start button.
Beacons can be added as well as Audible Alarms to alert the operator if the product is out of tolerance.
